Yes it does. I grabbed another 100K at .0023 on that drop from .0033. Never sold anything only added over 100K at .0019's also on the earlier dip. I tried to get more but they never filled me. I am fully loaded anyway just wanted some extra's from that massive shake when the major boards were hit with lies. I noticed a few of us longs added 1 million to 2 million shares today.
