I agree. I personally think the SEC filings, including increaded A/S was a 100% win for investors. The most frustrating thing for me is seeing how other investors are perceiving the A/S increase. It is a line of credit that is there if needed.

Read the 10Q! There was much less dilution to go along with the profits.
I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm explaining the realities of this type of move as it relates to the share price (investor sentiment). I can guarantee that all investors (shorts & longs) didn't jump for joy at the prospect of a $5B increase in A/S to secure capital to keep the company afloat. It is what it is.
