There are not many growth stocks out there that have the potential that NEOM does. You might consider your risk with NEOM vs your risk w/NFI. Money in NEOM may appreciate to the point where you could eventually sell off blocks of it and be able to re-invest in dividend payers with lower ylds and lower risk.
