HP this one is a valid concern IMO.We all have been around the block a time or two here,clearly we must have some sort of understandable validation to all this new information disclosed.

That's it in a nutshell. Until they actually close on something, everything should be suspect, imo. And from my experience, as well.

Disagreement is fine. But discussions are important.

At the moment, I see a pinksheet company presenting themselves as having the ability to transact business like a NYSE listed company.

That makes me weary.
