Looking at some of the old stuff it seems that the Executive officers of South Texas Oil formed ImPetro Resources LLC to acquire all the assets of South Texas and have secured $20 million of the $22 million equity and debt offering.
ASMY Energy Investments and Summerline Asset Mgt. are major investors in ImPetro.
The website is under construction.
It is still trading,so maybe all is not lost.
