Neomedia, according to Zima's attempts to pay, has the money owed to the attorneys with the intent to pay. So we'll see how Neom handles this.

Riddle me this: if Neomedia wanted to make payments and O'Leary said No (according to Zima), then how does a board member and acting chief operating officer supersede a board chairman and acting CEO (ahem...Marriott) on making the final call?

I wonder if this was a key factor in Iain's departure??
