I hub L2 does not and never did properly reflect the bids and ask for MPPC. check out another L2.

I spoke with Bob yesterday. He relayed that operational changes are being implemented that provide extreme efficiency. Our call was interrupted but It is my understanding that business is operating normally and customers are unaware of any transitions & staff has been reduced recently
