Poor translation, but excellent points.

1. Nok is a value play now

2. Investors will wake up and buy the stock for the high dividends.

3. Hedge funds are shorting (I've checked 98M shares are shorted)

4. Once the headge funds will see that the new strategy is working NOK will become an instant winner.

The bottom line: there is a very good chance that NOK is a value play, which very soon may become fast appreciating Growth stock.
