IMO it's all about facade and meeting AMEX standard, until they obtain major funding. "Hopefully" it will come as NO SURPRISE to you, "funding" is a wee bit difficult in these times.
The sell off today was from all who've been playing volume, with hopes of news.
IMO, playing technicals on this stock will deliver nothing but a swift kick in the arse, and a hole in your pocket book, unless you recognize fundamentals.
Hint: ANY rise in this stock will NOT SUSTAIN even the slightest "burp" of a press release, unless TIV delivers news regarding additional funding.
....longs have only two hopes:
1. Sell Shorty Creek
2. Obtain MAJOR loan to finance upgrade in oil production for Pleasant Valley.
...and then we have the issue of OPUS...
