He is using the extra shares as a 10 million line of credit.. Some could be used for moving the games to other platforms or purchasing other software developers or whatever is needed to see LFBG into 2012.. Might not be needed to be used at all!

Now we just have to hope he continues making proper investment decisions for the company! It is the same worries you have if you buy IBM or Bank of America..
