#3727 RE: pdgood #3726

don't know

we're in uncharted territory here I think.

NIR sued IGNT and they settled-- and stipulated the note was valid and collectable.

Ingen paid and paid and paid-- Billions (really) of shares and still owes $2 million (on loan whose original face value of 2 million)

Here's where we depart the plan-- Ingen Settled with the SEC-- admitted guild and agreed to pay whatever the SEC determined. Sand resigned as CEO and accepted the penny stock bar. Took a job as president of Ingen's subsidiary. (Ingen is a 1 man company)

DOJ has a case against Sand-- he pled guilty and will be sentenced in April (delayed from March originally)

Is Sand Cooperating against Cory? Don't see him getting any major concessions here yet. March to April doesn't sound like a cooperating delay. No?

Shell or share machine? Cory certainly has the senior debt here. Ingen has recently been putting on some debt of it's own.

NIR is going to end up with Ingen in some form. It has been a share machine for them already, I think a lot depends on what the SEC's Judgement will be. The judgement to be named later--wouldn't THAT debt be senior to Cory's?

Ingen settlement with the SEC
