Clownman,

I know that the number of outstanding shares is shown in the quarterly and annual reports.

What I want to see is some PROOF that the TA or the company has to file a report with the SEC within X days of a PR like the one issued on Feb 3, that talks of both the retirement of 650M shares and an outstanding share count of 8.054B:

The 10-K will be filed in about a month. My question about that report and the number of OS, is whether it will report the shares as of Dec 31, 2010 (the period covered by the report,) or will use the share count from the PR.

We might have to wait until the 10-Q for Q1, which should be filed in mid-May for the number in the Feb 3 PR to show up "officially".

Are you sure that Meller said the shorting would stop once the payment was made, or did he say he hoped it would stop?
