Uplist to AMEX? I think u better read the Dec 06 2010 filing first.

Everyone can claim AMEX, and even Jack Eversull is telling you not to get your hopes up anytime soon if u read between the lines. And yes, stay tuned for news, if any. As for focus, we will be focusing on green vehicle offerings & dealerships - ie. we have next to nothing now, but we will try to romance for some - but no commitments or guarantee.

Company is troubled as per filings, I would suggest they become fundamentally strong n established for several years before any form of uplisting.
