At the current price probably it has more value as a complete shell that under currrent management.

Maybe if they were fully reporting, but they're not.

How many companies do you know file a copy of a board meeting in which they cancel 1.8 million shares on the 30th, then show them outstanding on the 31st ?

Not a one.

Has anyone ever talked to CEO about these things ?

I don't think so. I doubt there'd be any point in trying.
