The point of the Youku post was the fact they were raising their ad rates 15-20%.

The post wasn't to pump Youku. It was to show you another instance of advertising rates being raised for 2011.

CCME should be able to do the same to the advertisers trying to reach CCME's 1 BILLION passengers annually.
