v80value, thanks for posting that HCI link. It is an understatement to say that many of the china small caps have hit a rough patch. The shorts have been ripped apart by the strong US markets, so many have migrated to the china sector and found easy pickings there courtesy of the huge geographic and language barriers. I have been pruning back my holdings in the sector but I also believe that the tide will change-hopefully sooner rather than later and the audited 10K season could well be the catalyst that the sector needs.
