Part of filing a S-1




and uplifting is a quiet period...from what I've read it is 15-40 days with the average being 30 days. Last... how are we doing PR was 2/1/2011. That could put us on target for 1 Mar-15 Mar 2011. There is also a pre and post quiet period so that could explain a lot of no information stuff...so it is quit possible the S-1 has already been filed...but all the lawyer stuff gets quit confusing to me...

When there's something to report we'll get a pr. This "quiet period" stuff does not stop enti mgt from reporting actual facts or done deals. The attorney will review it and if it passes muster, it gets released. There's just nothing to report right now.....
