There was nothing today at the Oregon Appellate Court.

In Doc 68 Entered 02/11/11 there was an interesting tidbit:
"8 The Debtor recently entered into a contract with TechTV Media Inc. to sell 9 of its ad insertion units (each an “Insertion Unit”) for $5,000.00 each, for a total of $45,000.00. Each Insertion
Unit is listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto."

This would appear to be a sale of some of the bankrupts assets. I assume this will require the approval of the judge. It is also interesting that TechTv
and Ad Systems Communications both have the same address listed for their
respective presidents.
