BB I would venture to say that $589,000 is what anyone looking for a shell is going to cost to pay off the back debt to the non-affiliated company, which I believe belongs to Mr Rawson.
And the circle of life begins all over again. IMO

its honestly upsetting. i mean the most basic of investors will look for these 3 #s. They are the first thing you see in the financials. And they are wrong, again.

I truly don't understand how anyone can take this seriously when they mess up stuff like that. It just gives no credit to the accuracy of the other numbers in the cash flow, assets, incomes etc.
