My sticky post calculations say $8.50. Initial POR with discount could be as low as $1.00/s. However, if half of our speculation is correct it should go up rapidly by leaps and bounds. If we are merging with ST Residential our assets and profits should grow exponetially. I could see this trading in the $20/s range in a year or so.

BTW: I was in a stock GGP (General Growth Properties) which did just that. Trouble is, I sold too soon. Made about 40% instead of a 10 bagger.
