In the fourth quarter of 2010, the Company raised $150,000 in the form of loans from a related party controlled by an officer of the Company.

So, with the $50 grand they just received on top of it, they have raised a total of $200,000 that we know about (its possible they have raised more but haven't disclosed it yet).
