It's probably because investors are in the wait and see mode, and the fact that CMIN has not generated any revenue since it's inception as a mining company. Your also right about the massive dilution that just took place. CMIN is paying all it's bills with shares of stock. I have high expectations for this company along with alot of other speculative investors. The stock should move some with news of the start of test operation. If the numbers are good at quarterly earings, the stock should do real well. We just need to see RESULTS!!!!!!!
