You know I have been doing this for a long time and I have no idea what your talking about with the 2/3 and 3/4 and 4/5 plays but I will tell you this Tue was just the start its a low floater and its cheap rite now and it will bounce their not going to let NCTI sit even if it is just a shell may take a few days but it will happen jmo
