Plus the threshhold list seems to be some sort of list of short sellers who failed to cover or something like that. As if something bad is about to happen to someone or some company.
It certainly opens up a new avenue of research for me. I have nothing solid as to why it made that list but I'm doing the research and will try to come up with some facts about what this all means. NASDAQ has to be looking at them for some reason, if they (NASDAQ) created a list of all companies that in any other terms simply wouldnt meet the requirements suffice to say it would be an awfully big list.
