I consider needing government permission to move funds a negative. Not as bad as money is on moon, whether ultimate value deserves the tiniest of discounts or a very significant discount I don't know.

The most important point though is if this is a legitimate enterprise, a vertical operation known as Veltex, then this is not fully valued yet in my opinion. To be legitimate the rapid share increase will have to come to a stop.

Because the Bangladesh operations could be richer than Microsoft but can't pay a dividend, can't buy back shares, can't even pay the electric bill over here in the US.

It's near worthless if the money is locked there. Great, they can grow the business over there....who knows, maybe even be rich and powerful over there. Doesn't matter if it's stuck there.

Will have to look into this further.
