Probably 1:1,000 just to be safe. Also, the R/S is probably a "done deal", based on the qty shares insiders own....the 1:500 PR'ed was an acid test.

If I was Matt, I would take the shareholders for all they got, because the opputunity to strike may not come again. Too low a split could be pennyland death. Just IMO....Good Luck!
