moe-n-eze, the $900,00,00 of stock, for the down payment earnest money that is non-refundable, I beleive has already been deposited in escrow with the Miami County Title Company, if I'm reading the amended 'Sale and Purchase Agreement' correctly. I can't imagine it being otherwise.
