So now you are basically confirming what was said, that what you say is OPINION, and should be treated as such per IHUB TOS.

This has nothing to do with opinion. It has to do with facts.

One doesn't make claims of restricted shares with ANY credibility if they cannot point to single company statement stating that.

The shares are either restricted or not. One's "opinion" does not enter the question. Show me the link to the SEC filing showing that these shares are restricted!!

The company ITSELF documented the latest round of 800 million in dilution. That is FACT, not opinion.
