Is that true? Doesn't that mean that a MM WILL NOT complete a trade unless there is someone on the other side? I'm not sure that's the case, but I'm probably wrong.

Yeah...you probably are. The current sp is insane. New store opening this week and highest revenue financials tobe posted. BRAV in expansion mode. This is a growth stock and no better place to accumilate...imo Holding above the 50. GLTA

What or who do you think controls the MM'S?
I think (by using common sense) that we (the investor) control it by whether we want to buy or sell. I don't think many MM's will want to load up on a penny stock just in case they go bankrupt the next day or something in that regards. But what do i know...I just use the common sense approach.
