If Dr. Seymour gave me a bunch of shares, I would not have to report selling them (except on my tax return) unless I held a total number of shares above the reporting threshold.
But C'mon! This is not a big deal, even if the family does use the shares for spending money. There are much larger issues here, such as why there has been no visible movement toward tox testing, why they can't seem to find GMP facilities, etc.
