Great DD. You unsuccessfully found the location of the company who was sold the old assets of TRDY, including its old debt.

On September 4, 2010 the Company closed on its previously-announced transaction and sold substantially all of its assets to MMAC, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“MMAC”), which also assumed certain liabilities of Trudy.

The assets sold consisted of Trudy’s on-going business as a publisher of children’s educational story and novelty books, audiobooks and plush toys.

Hi!

I don't see this filing any worst then the Feb.8 8K to which the market reacted with a nice little spike. The 800 Million shares issued to the company executives won't hit the market in the near future IMO or they can kiss any fund raising via equity goodbye. I don't think they want to do that after the work they put into this.
The acquiring of a scaffolding company can yet again hint that they have big contracts coming up. Would be nice to know how big Alberta Scaffolding was. Is anybody living in that area(I assume the company is from Alberta,CA) and can get any info?

P.S.
Anybody complaining now had the chance to get out on the last spike because we had nice volume. If you averaged down and didn't buy over 0,02 you could have gotten out at least even. We hadn't had any group pumping since November so if you are still here it's your fault.

Just because you don’t see the share price sky rocket every day or a filling every week does not mean that things are not going on or deals being made. This company and its CEO have done absolutely nothing to make me think that is a “scam” or untrustworthy.

If you do not like TRDY or your investment by all means leave this board and sell your share but please quit insulting people.

I made my investment based on my research, not because anyone on this board told me to and honestly you should have too.

If you are naive enough to invest in something just because someone on IHUB told you too well then my friend unfortunately you should reconsider you investment strategy. I really hope that you learn how to do your own DD before you lose too much.

I guess the truth is though amateurs just have no real understanding of how the corporate world works.
