I can tell you that the audit is being done, but it will not be out this month. I know when it is expected, but I have learned not to count on what the auditor says as regards timing.

Veltex owns the mill. I am certain of this fact. You will see a change in the auditors statement in the 2004 document that will clear up the misunderstanding that was a result of the "absolute control" statement in the '03 audit.
