No offense but I disagree, I'm haven't read the 99% of post on this board, I don't know if Penn West has assets in US or not but hopefully they execute better in US than they do in CAN, but I don't feel they will even get past $10.00 a share this year, this company need help in all levels. I'd buy just for the purpose of the dividends
