te FDA threw DEAN and IMMG out the door cause the device doesnt work

the FDA stated (paraphrasing here)

DO NOT SUBMIT PACKET UNTIL DEVICE IS IN COMPLETED FORM AND HAS BEEN TESTED


dean knew this in Oct 2009 and said nothing

so i guess your right nothing has changed since last summer EXCEPT now everyone knows the truth...the device never worked
