The question we should be asking is- If RMTD is not apart of Telogis and only the good assets were "cherry picked" and they left the other assets, the shell, which is legal, then why is Remote Dynamics' website registered to Telogis? Once again- If RMTD is its OWN COMPANY and not apart of Telogis, then how can the website be REGISTERED to TELOGIS? This is the smoking gun in my opinion.
