Good point. It seems like even without the PUC approval, LLEG has already "banked" $2.4 million in earnings. Assuming a P/E of 20 and O/S of 2.454 Billion, LLEG shares should be currently valued at 2 cents per share (.0196/share).

What am I missing here?
