True. The news/Tech Report only succeeded in moving the stock up for 1.5 hours.

I think the stark reality has sunk in..that is that the CM property is roadblocked from moving ahead as the permitting issue is huge. Without it, no one will want to JV, invest, or offer to buy.

I don't think the company is diluting however. Little for them to gain, with the low price. Said low price is bad news for them going forward, if they need to raise funds..which they will, simply to meet lease hold payments.

My guess is, however, when they discover how hard it will be to deal with permitting, they will drop the property.
