couldn't KK been paid in a combination of shares and cash? I'm no expert in financails but I see some pretty big expenses and lots of shares hitting the outstanding share count during 2010.

Just the advertising and association that would have come from the Kaos Store would have made the core business that much stronger. We still could have had the Bravada Stores here and we could have worked our brand into the mix.
