BTW, regarding your calculation of Market Cap. Ever consider that with the 22B shares owed Meller added to 8B shares outstanding, you're looking at 30B shares? That would compute to a $6M market cap at $0.0002, and a $9M cap (more than 1X sales) at $0.0003.

Seems somewhat fairly valued to me.
