TO ALL~~I wouldn't expect the shorts to start covering until the last minute if the Ask stays at $10.25.

Even if the shorts try to buy HQNT to cover, they would still only be paying themselves and us $10.25 to cover. In other words the shorts still have to cover the SNDH dividends and the escalated HQNT volume should drive the price the HQNT up.

It wouldn't surprise me to see the shorts try some legal smoke and mirrors to try to stave of their eminent loss, but I have no idea what that legal action would be.

I still fail to see the down side here.
