Yeah, this is a true investment, slow and steady wins the race. I've flipped this security numerous times as a lotto play, but from watching the company - they seem to be fairly legit and with good intentions.
If things keep going positive, I will definately begin to treat this as an investment.
Thats the plan but anything can happen. Some of the operators might back out. I remember we had one dredge operator had a family emergency and it delayed their departure. However, being able to double our mining equipment in one year was something John sounds proud of. He hasnt mentioned it yet in a FR is because its not set and we all know he only likes to state facts (understandably so).
