I have been asked several times if I was interested in getting in on a private placement by Explor and NWMMF Reps. These were ones open to US citizens. Some are limited to Canadians. I never participated in one. Probably should have, but I chose not to get in that way. They probably won't ask me again, since I turned them down twice! I just like to buy my shares like everyone else, through my brokerage firm. Then I don't have to worry about it.
