If no one will buy at .0001, they are not going to buy at a higher price after a RS! Why would anyone pay more after a RS, if they will not pay at .0001! It is easier to get people to buy cheap shares at .0001, thinking they may hit the lotto at .0001, maybe getting .0005/.0006? Rather then paying .02/.03, going to .04/.06! This stock will go no where RS or not unless it starts back in business, with some postive news, and updated financials! Forget "RUMORS"!

What would be different after a RS, other then a higher price, EWRC, still would not be doing any business, other then try to DILUTE! People do not, will not believe EWRC even at a higher RS price!
