You know Dick Cowhan CFO CBIS, was the former director of NORML right?? He has an Ivy League background also. See where its got CBIS?? I think any new MJ companies should learn a lesson here and stay privately held for as long as they can, or forever if its working.

I think Rozzy just showed you the next IPO. TY BTW Roz. How's the "black" doing? I hope better than than CBIS's share price LOL.

The thing with CBIS is that they are trying to raise money for FDA trials. There is no way they can raise that type of money privately, hence the ticker. The thing is that the share price being where it is doesn't give them any more than private funding anyway, probably less.

Until MJ is rescheduled and allowed for trials, CBIS will suffer in the US. The reason is that they are trying to be a true Pharma company, not just salesmen of pot, and pot related items like the coffee guy, and the mushroom man who are also (cough cough)publicly traded(cough).

I'm really hoping this next batch of news comes from abroad. I know Moose has been hinting at something in Australia.

My point is....the financials have never been good because Kubby bought the most debt-laden shell I have ever seen. Or he shoveled all those shares God knows where, I can't tell, but Bob and Dick haven't been able to recover, even after they kissed him goodbye.

Alot of People here don't realize that this company is really right around 1 year old with the new management and they have had a lot of crap to sort through financially while trying to remain on the top of their research game. Serously folks, you don't just run out and hire the brightest and the best CEO and staff when you can't afford to pay yourselves!!!!!

I wouldn't be surprised if that's the reason Dr. Bob hasn't stopped teaching yet, gotta pay rent somehow LOL.

What I would like to see for now is little CBIS labs popping up in different states (and Countries) that allow licensed indoor grows. They could supply the dispensaries with the product, make a little research money, and conduct their own trials through the dispensaries with legitimate patients. I mean, there's more states than Colorado and more Countries than the USA right?

I guess I'm just trying to talk myself into waiting longer......to buy again.
