MJAM, If he DID know and he says everything is status quo that makes him a liar. There is no way around that. If he DIDN'T know then I have a problem with one of the three or four guys in the office not knowing that the big chief left his position the week before. That is very hard for me to believe.
I realize there are some things he may not be at liberty to say, but don't lie to me and tell me everything is status quo with the company when something that significant happened on th 11th! If he knew it would have been better for him to pull a Rainbolt and simply not respond until after the 8K.
