#21481 RE: Kenolova #21478

If another company, say HP buys out LKEN, HP and LKEN will determine what the share price will be. Our shares do not take on HP share price. Most likely, LKEN will negotiate a price higher than what the pps was at time of buyout, but we don't know what price that will be. So for instance, if LKEN pps were 0.01 at time of HP buyout, LKEN might be able to negotiate a pps of 0.10 as an example. Most people wouldn't mind having the pps valued at 0.10. I know I wouldn't. All imo.

No, they would offer X for the shares, some would most likely hold out for a bigger payout. The company will have already cut their deal with the suitor, a RS would most likely occur before anyone would consider a buyout. I don't believe 5 billion shares is very attractive to a prospective buyer, IF THERE WERE TO BE ONE.

JMO. In at .005 and much more at .0004.
