At the point a RV were to occur do you have any idea where one would go to exchange your Iraqi Dinars for US Dollars?

I believe someone mentioned 5th 3rd bank or a bank like that which dealt in Iraqi Dinar.

Do you think one would be able to go there to exchange one's Dinar?

What would the tax ramifications be? Would one's gain in currency trading have to be reported as income?
