I respectfully disagree and think that the OS data have to show at least a strong trend in favor of the Rida arm for MRK to want to submit an NDA (#msg-60128136). Regards, Dew

Will you still have that opinion if the K/M curve for PFS looks a lot better than 3 weeks sounds?

Also, on OS, it is a smallish trial. Could be hard to put a decent OS number up wrt P value. Would an OS HR of .85 or so be in the park (in your opinion) regardless of p value?
