from an old filing. The TA has the decreasing O/S and the pr did not state that there were currently 15 billion, just that that was the number that was being reduced. That pr and the 10 billion are not mutually exclusive. Reread the wording. and as the TA has given out decreasing ss, seems they are being updated.
