"Why a $14/hour employee costs $20"

http://money.cnn.com/2010/03/26/smallbusiness/employee_costs/index.htm

Why isn't the title of is article "Why a $14/hour employee costs $28" ?????

(JBII operators don't need uniforms or gloves or cleaning equipment as used in the article's example so I think 30% is more realistic so operators cost on average $20.50 in wages plus 30% or maybe $26.65 per hour)

Yes, between this article and my week long examination, I would say you are absolutely without question extremely dead wrong on your assessment which has zero basis in reality. My work experience is irrelevant. You made up things like "the operators require an office" while I know they get a steel locker.

infrastructure to support him

Yes, the single office/meeting room in the plant for the company-wide executives. Occasionally an operator stepped in when I was there. He didn't take up much room.

I'll have to disagree on the agreeing. Both Raw and Brigg saw the machine running Non Stop. Now what do you suppose they're gonna do with all that FUEL??????????????????
